Ceremony (4:00 - 4:30 pm)

Please join us as we embark on our journey as husband and wife, surrounded by the warmth of our cherished family and friends. Our ceremony will be held on the lawn adjacent to the barn, enveloped by the golden hues of early autumn. In the event of rain, we'll gather inside the stunning 100-year-old post and beam barn, where love and history intertwine beautifully.

Cocktail Hour (4:30 – 6:00 pm)

While we're busy capturing cherished moments with our families and photographer, we invite you to indulge in refreshing drinks from our bar. Feel free to mingle and share laughter on the patio, basking in the late summer sun, or delight in the live acoustic music beneath the shade of the greenery-covered pergola. Rumor has it there's even a vintage photo booth tucked away somewhere nearby for added fun!

Grand Entrance (6:00 pm)

Ladies and gentlemen, please find your seats as we prepare to make our grand entrance! Today, we embark on a new chapter of our lives, filled with joy and adventure. Join us in welcoming our wedding party as we take our places at the Head Table. Let the celebration begin!

Dinner and Speeches (6:15 pm)

As we gather around the table for a delicious meal with our nearest and dearest, let's share stories, laughter, and heartfelt moments. Tonight, we celebrate love, friendship, and the beautiful journey ahead.

First Dance (7:30 pm)

Join us on the dance floor as we share our first dance as a married couple. It's a moment we'll cherish forever, surrounded by the love and support of our family and friends.

Party Time (8:00 pm)

Get ready to hit the dance floor! With the band setting the stage on fire and the DJ spinning tunes, there's something for everyone to groove to. Let's ignite the celebration and dance into the night!

Farewell (Midnight)

As the night comes to an end, we'll bid farewell to our guests, filled with gratitude and love for sharing in our joyous day. This schedule reflects the excitement and love we feel as we embark on this journey together.

While we adore your little ones, regretfully, we cannot accommodate all the children in our lives at the venue due to restricted numbers. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

As we embark on this journey, we're truly grateful for your love and support. Your presence at our wedding means the world to us, and we feel blessed to have you in our lives. Please know that your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. In lieu of a gift registry, we simply ask for your love and well wishes on our special day. Thank you for being a part of our journey; we look forward to celebrating and creating lasting memories together. If you still wish to honor us with a gift, a card box will be available at the venue.

Please take this opportunity to dress up and feel your best! Dressy casual and keep an eye on the weather. It could be hot during the day and cooler at night, so dress accordingly.

The ceremony will be outdoors in the grassy area next to the barn, weather permitting. The reception will take place in the barn and surrounding areas.

We kindly ask that you turn off and tuck away your electronic devices during the ceremony. A professional photographer has been hired to capture the moment, and we would like to have everyone's full presence for our big moment. After the ceremony has finished, please feel free to take all the photos you like and visit our cool retro photo booth in Bo’s Barn for added fun!

Yes. Appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour, and dinner will be served during the reception. Please see the menu page for details and make your choice of entrée on your RSVP.

Yes. Enjoy a complimentary drink between the Ceremony and Reception, as well as fresh local apple cider with dinner. There will also be a fully stocked bar at your disposal with a large variety of beer, coolers, wine and mixed drinks for $2 each. Bring your Toonies, but please, no outside liquor. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available free of charge.

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM sharp. Please be at the venue in plenty of time to be seated comfortably before the start.

Reservations should be made by July 14th, 2024, to guarantee rate and availability. There are also several other hotels, inns, and B&Bs in the area, as well as many unique Airbnb’s. We suggest checking near Windsor and Wolfville for something that best suits your style and needs.

Yes. We want you to relax and enjoy our big day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation from the venue to the Old Orchard Inn during and after the reception. Shuttle services will be available between the hours of 9 PM and 1 AM.

Amplified music is required by the venue to be turned off at midnight and the last shuttle to the hotel will leave at 1am. Closing time, you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here!
